100% agree that this is a super important feature. As of now, the necessity to log in, create the signature, and then having to send and wait for a response hoping clients will see it in their inbox completely removes the possibility of automation costing companies time and money. I know the two biggest players in the legal form arena both have this feature. Pretty important and I agree with everyone else that it's more important than many other features requested thus far.
Looks like users have been pretty vocal with the need for this guys. It really is a 101 requirement, otherwise there is needless time spent on an app that is designed to save us time. It's relevant to both the client and the app owner (me, in this case) My vote is to push this right up to the top of the schedule and get it done. We've been discussing it for over a quarter of a year. Time to act. @Neo Saxena video link below is exactly what I was expecting from Signaturely, it's kind of the whole point of buying it.
This is definitely a must have for sure - hope this comes sooner than later. I would go as far as saying that this is more important than the API, because I think a lot of users are leaning on the API for something similar to this. Might not be the case for everyone, but I know for me, that's how I would use it as a workaround for this feature missing.
Please create a template signing link function that lets anyone with the link go in and sign the "customer" portion of the document, then it is sent to us for completion/review.
For example if we have a new sign on - which is 100% automated, I don't want to have to have my team go in and create a document then send them the link to agree to our contract - I want to have it redirect from my sign up (our system handles this) to your signing via the URL.
... AND then (ideally) upon submission redirects them to a URL of my choosing based on the document they signed - this redirect being unique for EACH document template signing link.
Yes, thank you for planning this!!! It has been the only thing holding me back from signing up! Now that I know it’s coming, I can jump in. Is there a certain timeline that “planned” indicates?
I think not everyone needs this. Best is if it can be optionally placed on the last page. I've been using another platform, and I had to always remove the audit page which is quite annoying
As of right now, the direct messages from Signaturely always end up in the receiver's spam folder. So instead of having just this one options of having our contract be sent via Signaturely directly, it would be extremely helpful if we could create individual / separate links (like Dropbox or Google doc links) for each signer that we can then send through other means (private messages, LinkedIn, IG, etc.).
The only link share option in Signaturely right now is a link to a downloadable version of the document, not the actual sign-able version.
Would be nice to follow a web form submission with on page signature field and disclaimer, and upon signing a document template to be populated with form field data and the signature - then sent to company and client.

A template for a contract that can be signed by anyone.
"Document with a public link, so the document can be completed by anyone that goes to the link instead of having to email it to specific people? For example, if someone signs up for an event on my website, and as part of the sign up process they click a button that links to the legal waiver document to be completed on Signaturely before attending the event. This would help to automate the process instead of having to know who to send the document to first." Another customer's request

Given the Covid crisis, most service providers have started getting risk assessments and consent form filled online, usually wordpress, and Gravity forms. Please could you offer a Signaturely addon that enables the addition of a Signaturely field on to the forms so that the signature would be a verifiable one.
Anyone who needs the following request, please up vote the new feature request link above.
Description:
There is different perspective of direct link Such as setting up a template with the required field and signatures. Then the same link can be reused multiple times for different users, without the need to send emails. With the same link, the signed and completed forms will be saved individually. The completed PDF and unique link (see below) will be emailed back to team member(s) or users, as there are options available to choose who to send to.
While each saved form has individual unique link able to revert to edit the existing fields and sign again. As there may be revision or correction to be made by the users.

Hello there, Please use this guide to learn how to get a signing link from a document you sent via email. help.signaturely.com/article/38-how-to-create-a-signing-link

If Signaturely messages are going to spam folder, that is a HUGE problem.

This is helpful for now, but we still need the form link implementation sooner rather than later.
