A direct link to the document would be an awesome feature. I need the possibility of sending the link in a separate email and for the moment this isn't possible.
Anyone who needs the following request, please up vote the new feature request link above.
Description:
There is different perspective of direct link Such as setting up a template with the required field and signatures. Then the same link can be reused multiple times for different users, without the need to send emails. With the same link, the signed and completed forms will be saved individually. The completed PDF and unique link (see below) will be emailed back to team member(s) or users, as there are options available to choose who to send to.
While each saved form has individual unique link able to revert to edit the existing fields and sign again. As there may be revision or correction to be made by the users.
Great release. What is missing is not sending the first email in first place. The goal of this is to not create confusion on the email, which may not suit every client flow.
Hey, I think I may be confused... so this means one person can sign via a link instead of email? This doesn't mean you can have a permanent link to a doc that can be filled out over and over again, correct?
I think I just answered this... this looks like it's just the one-time use as an alternative to the invitation email. I would say there were several of us here thinking this could be re-used like hosting a form to be signed via the link.
We are reviewing that function as well. It would work more like a link to a single waiver/document that can be used to get multiple users to sign the same document, then you will have access to all the signed files.
Hi @Rene, thanks for the update and release! However the intended use of the "document to fill" was to have a template that can be fillable online by anyone.
Instead of manually duplicating a template and emailing it to each new patient via email, we created this fillable template. **The link never changes**. We add it to our automation to send them the link before their appointment or we have them fill it out on the desktop at the clinic in an incognito window.
Result? Each time its completed, it sends the signed PDF document with the audit ID to our email. One form fill = 1 PDF signed per patient.
This doesnt require a human to do any time-consuming extra work.
Can you make this another feature request? Or reopen this one?
Spot on explanation... this is what I was trying to explain but didn't get it worded as well as you! If you could re-open this Rene that would be great! :)
Yes, this is needed for setting up a template with the required field and signatures. Then the same link can be reused multiple times for different users, without the need to send a email. With the same link, multiple signed and completed forms will be saved individually.

I'm looking for each document to have a post signature redirect too, unique to that document template.
We have a few different programs, each one has it's own thank you page.
I would want to send them to a program agreement template where they sign the doc, then are redirected to a TY page specific to the program they joined (aka the template they signed)
1. Unique Template Link
2. Creates Agreement For Individual & They Sign
3. Redirects to a link specific to that template.
This is a must need! Sometimes it just registration that we need contracts signed and without it causes to have documents not signed and missed which causes a mess
Is there any way I can create a document and then get the link (like in hellosign) and add it to my email, so the client opens up the email, open the link, read and sign the contract? thank you.
For businesses that need new customers to sign the same forms, it makes no sense to manually have a human send the email each time.
To all new clients, we give them the link to fill out their forms on our website. I just embed the link to fill on the website. This way ALL patients fill out at their convenience and we do not have to manually send a document to each patient. This one is always here and any patient with the private link can fill it out. Example here: www.holisticbiospa.com/new-patients/form/
This need is precisely why I am hesitant to completely leave my current document app (SignNow). I am hoping this will be implemented before my window to cancel closes.
This is a MUST. My process is quite communication heavy and it makes no sense for me to send a contract in a separate, vender-delivered email. I just want a link that I can paste in the email that I'm already writing to the client.
Also a lot of times, the email from signaturely ends up in the spam folder. (@microsoft, @live, @outlook etc). So people don't get the contract if you can't send the link to the document yourself.

There was a feature request added based on this previous popular request here:

Some users had a different view on how the Direct Link to a contract should work; I have added this new request to add a Form Request Link:

Please add your vote or feedback regarding this new feature request.

that is what the most users would like to have! The Mail Template is not so nice and confusing, esp. the language is not english.

Hi @Rene, thanks for the update and release! However the intended use of the "document to fill" was to have a template that can be fillable online by anyone.
Example: I have a new patient intake form that all new patients must sign before getting treatment. View it here: www.holisticbiospa.com/new-patients/form/
Instead of manually duplicating a template and emailing it to each new patient via email, we created this fillable template. **The link never changes**. Hi Rene,
Chiming in here as I am new to Signaturely and purchased with this exact intent for the software.
Has this ticket been reopened to implement the intended feature?
Thanks!

Same here. Could this be added back as a feature request? I still have Signaturely on hold until this feature is released. Thanks!

let's keep the 'direct' link simple. We are still waiting for that initial request. We rather see this being developed yesterday, dan tomorrow.
After it's implemented, we can suggest other functionalities on this feature, but else we have to keep waiting for this even longer. 😅

It would be great to be able to start a "bulk mode" and obtain a CSV with every person and their personal link to the documents on it.

a lot of the emails end up in the spam, so people dont see the contract. I need a link that I can send myself.
