Time stamp in hours, minutes and seconds

Please make the time stamp of the signature corresponding with the appropriate time zone setup in the profile. All signatures are time tamped with UTC +0:00 time zone. This could be made more useful if stamped at the user's time zone. Thanks.

Please add a time stamp field that can be added to document for signature. Similarly to day-time stamp, occasionally also time-time-stamp showing exact time of document signing is required. In hours, minutes and seconds

The final report does not show in my time zone (UTC - 6:00). It only shows straight UTC time...
