+1 this is very important for legal / privacy reasons.
Not everyone should have the same access, you should be able to assign users to departments.
Only Accountants can see financial docs, Marketing team can see marketing contracts, Sales team can see sales contracts, etc.
A user can be added to multiple departments, so John Smith can be added to the Sales team & the Marketing team, but not the Accounting team.

This is super important to us as well. We have different users responsible for having different contracts signed. We need the ability to create separate folders for each user that is managing their own accounts and contracts.
One other thing to consider is that as the account owner, I need access to all the contracts that each of my users are storing in their private folders.
