I think it would be a good idea to ask people to select the Template as the first step, before they enter the Title, Message & the Recipient names & email addresses for everyone that will be signing the document.
I had entered 2 people's names & email addresses, John Smith (the recipient) and Jane Doe (from my company). But then after I selected the Template, it automatically assigned John Smith to Recipient, and Jane Doe to the MyCompany role. I was lucky that it assigned them correctly this time, but I wonder if I had entered their names in a different order, Jane Doe first and John Smith second, would their roles have gotten reversed and been incorrect?
