It would be great for us running multiple businesses to have them all under one account. As of now, there is only ONE business option. You can add all of your businesses with their branding, emails, and so on to one account. You can use the different templates for any businesses that would be a plus.

If you set your company name to "Signature Required" then all your emails come from "Signature Required" then simply do you signature requests from the "user" that is the company email address and it will come from "Signature Required" and the "users email" so you have unlimiited companies on the one account.

Agreed, this feature is greatly appreciated. Different business divisions need different branding and/or teams/signors. This feature would be super helpful.

ANY UPDATE ON THIS?
R W
Good to see this has been updated to under review. Unfortunately I only bought one set although I have 4 brands; I did not want to hedge on unlisted features. This doesn't not include 4-5 clients that I would have liked to manage. Still, a step in the right direction so my compliments for this popping up on the radar.

Hello. When will we have the feature to run multiple businesses under one account?
Zack Sweden
Excellent idea as a lot of us run multiple businesses.
Francisco Ariza
This function is a must for many of us who want to use it for different lines of business. It is still in "Open" status, but it does not change the status to "in progress", maybe it is not going to be added?
Chris Mason
+1 this is very important
Francisco Ariza
This is important even for a small entrepreneur. If we can create multiple users, why not have one brand per user?
Tips_FueraKilos
essential even for small businesses. Per-user branding is necessary

Understanding that this might apply to every customer, it will apply to enough to make or break using this product or an alternative that might have less features, but is free. Instead of having multiple accounts, having one account with the businesses aligned underneath it make sense. Additionally, having templates aligned with those brands. Maybe a landing page for the superuser who can click on the brand/business. Users will also have similar access if granted.
David Kocsis
100% agree as we have 5 brands - businesses.

This an an absolute must have feature!

This is an absolute must have feature!

This will be a big plus to an already great product.

This is a must-have feature.

It would be great if multiple brands could be under one account.
PeterB
yes multiple brands would be very cool.
Or at least if users could (only) create and manage their own documents i.e. if departments or VAs should only handle certain documents (i.e. sales for quotes, accounts for billing)

Greetings,
I would like to add my support to this Roadmap Request page. I would like to see the ability to specify multiple identities under one account. I have a client to whom I want to recommend this product. He has 3 different entities under one business model. Each has a different website, identity, and purpose. If he could send signature requests based on the appropriate identities then this would be the product for him. It already has a bulk send feature. Now, all it needs is the ability to differentiate between identities (teams??) or some structure.

I just just submitted this question on Appsumo deal page which is sprinkled with potential suggestions if not in place. Please excuse if many multi-brand features are already available... but here is the submitted questions:

As an entrepreneur with several entities under my management, I often sign an enormous # of Docusign agreements.
With the plethora COVID and SBA Programs apps and agreements I now sign (along with my shareholders for six (6) companies) for what the pandemic has punished us with... my inbox is stacked with doc emails daily (luckily searchable within Gmail)
I noticed that since my workflow and Docusign signing "sessions" are all click-thru email-initiated processes, keeping track of doc requests and completed files in my inbox is a bit tedious and overwhelming, but minimized by Gmail's "message search" tools.
That said... based on my orgs using a "single-branded (i.e. NotDocusign.whatever ) agency account style" (with users/employees/shareholders/consultants, etc) from my teams as users... I have these questions:
1) Searching in my own inbox as sender (or my customers searching in their own inbox as signer), how editable is the "SUBJECT" line and whose brand is showing? Does it show "Signaturely" (like all of "DocuSign" emails) or our single-brand?
2a) Is the SUBJECT line for email sends is platform "user" editable? Ideally... can only platform admin or super-admin create a mandatory/uneditable SUBJECT and branded name that is used for all user sent agreements?
2b) Does same SUBJECT line info support data field merge? If so, which fields?
2c) (Same questions above regarding BODY of email edits and templates)
3) Is a .pdf version of signed agreement automatically included in all "all signing of document completed" (not very secure) or can we force a login to view/download signed docs?
4) Does your platform support a website link or embed of a standardized document that remains always available? (I.e. our employees or vendors "direct-deposit account update form" or onboarding docs like W-9's, W-4's, etc.
5a) Super admins or admins can view user docs and filled-in data? If so, can what is actually viewable by an admin or super-admin be preset? I.e. show xxx-xx-1234 or xxx-xx-xxxx for SS# or other similar sensitive data/account numbers?
5b) If admin's viewing options are customizable, they have matching access for ALL USERS docs? Or can we lump certain users into, a "team" where an admin may have access to one team's sensitive data... but not another team's data. In other words... how customizable is each individual "admin" setting for security.
5c) How many super-admins available? In my case... my Admins will be my sub-org executives/biz partners/other company stakeholders and possibly sub-orgs having different "User Teams" to identify the org). However for my our "umbrella/agency" (holding the Signaturely account)... myself and my Executive Office Assistant (my right hand) may both need access to ALL contract data as a Super Admins... but Admins should not view all of our agreement data.
6) any ETA on CNAME functionality?
7) any ETA on billing integrations?
8) any plans after Zapier for Integromat and/or Integrately? Thanks!

Yes this is the one thing I have been looking for from every signature software out there

Yes it would help to have everything under one account.
Timothy Fong
I agree, this would help to determine how we deploy -- under one with unlimited users or needing multiple accounts.

Can we use one AS Signaturely code for 2 domains or 2 AS Signaturely codes for more than 2 domains?
Putu Mega Putra
count me in.
Hans-Peter
A must, at least for 2-3 brands/account
Jack Forbush
yes, yes, yes! I have 4 brands
François Jung
Yes, I think a lot of us have at least 2-3 brands. 6 for me. So buying multiples account is too complex, no to mention pricy
Utkarsh Deep
Agree. We need multi business accounts. Thanks.
Matthias Unknown
💯% agree with that. Many entrepreneurs have more than one brand. I don't like to create 5 accounts for 5 brands and pay 5 times for me and 2 staff members. Multiple brands should really be covered by one premium account.
I know it is not easy with the sending mail part. But there could be templates which can be designed with an individual logo and company address.
Alexandros Pagidas
Fully agree with this.
Alexandros Pagidas
By workspaces you mean being able to send invoices by more than one company?
