Would you please implement Radio buttons as a field in your templates and documents.
We have been using Adobe Sign exclusively for the process of sending our practitinoers their questionnaires because no one else offers fields that I can use in my templates that offer radio buttons. Your tick boxes are close but our students could select all check boxes. In adobe I select how many buttons in the radio button field and then I assign each of the radio buttons with the respective multiple choice answer. Easy.

This feature (radio selection) would be really helpful. I just had two use cases where it would have been really helpful. In the first, I needed the client to select one field or the other, and they selected both. In the second, I needed the client to select one field or the other, and they didn't select any - which meant that we had to go through the entire signing process with them again.
Hoping this feature is implemented in the very near future.

Allow copying of multiple fields, especially checkboxes. It would be great to create a grid of multiple checkboxes at once.
