Hello,
From a user's point of view, it doesn't make sense to have all document updates in the document activity.
We only need information related to when the document was sent, seen, and signed, nothing more.
In a simple 1 page document with 2 fields, I end up with a PDF with 5 additional pages related to document activity. This doesn't make sense as the document updates are not relevant to the end user.
Can you please add only the critical business info to the document activity?

My 14 page document is now 33 pages because of the activity report. There should be an option to attach the report or not. This is a huge waste of time removing the activity report.
