@René, can you give any perspective on the scope of the MVP for this feature?
Should we expect to simply have the ability to group documents within folders for organization?
Or should we expect something more robust? i.e. Will we be able to have an account owner that has access to a particular folder but not all the other folders, while another team member only has access to their own folder/group? While also allowing me as the account owner to access all documents within the folders of each of my team members?
It would be great if we can control access of the users we add to the account.
In the current stage, all the users are able to see all the documents
Access control, restricted views for users will add great value. As many times there are important documents that are sent to sign and if those documents are accessible by everyone, it won't be good
+1 also include the option for multiple Tags, so that a document can be assigned to multiple tags, not just one folder.
Tag: NDA
Tag: John Smith
We can find the document if we search for "NDA" or "John Smith".
Having the ability to create a WorkSpace, or a Project by Name or address to separate all the documents pertinent to this project only. Once inside the project or workspace, having the ability to create subfolder or categories. Most of us will rinse and repeat this process over and over again, therefore the ability to create a master folder to later "clone" it will be a great time saver. Thank you.
If we could assign specific users to specific folders only, as well.
And obviously any file search or filters needs to work at a folder only level for each user, but ideally overall for the admin.
A way to archive processed contracts when sent in bulk. While processing the contracts, newly signed contracts are coming in, but the ones processed still up. I need to click on every single one to find the latest one.
We need to have the ability to add folders under templates. Without this, I will end up going for a refund. The software is great but this simple aspect is missing.
It would be great to have folders to move completed signed documents in a different department of the company as folders. That way you know where to look for the document easily and it will be nicely organized.
Without folders, the software is not really what I am looking for. I have owned it for less than a week and my templates are a mess without a way to organize. I was going to submit this idea and glad someone already did. Do we have any idea if this is going to happen? If not, I will cancel my 60 days for a refund.
Life will be a big messed up after a year pass by, you shall not easy to find your previous signed documents when you full of a hundred paper :( Also without folder or category... it is to terrible to allocate the paperwork for internal, for supplier, for customer... :(
Can we please get a folder and filing structure developed into Signaturely? This is important for users that have multiple businesses and need to separate signed documents accordingly. Users should not be required to have multiple Signaturely accounts in order to manage documents for different businesses. This feature I believe will be very much welcomed.

When I upload a template my team members are not able to use it. They can only see it, but not take action with it. This should be possible.

not all staff need to see all docs... Would be good to have members assigned to teams, then docs given viewing/editing permissions based on teams

before/after signing the document, we should be able to add tags or edit title/description. this allows for easier document/keyword searching.

Different user logins within the same overall account should be able to view each other's templates.

This is one of the only real downfalls. For large users, it makes it too difficult without folders.

That is VERY annoying. I fully agree.
