Hmmm... 2 1/2 years without any progress and counting?? Please provide an update. Are you going to honor your LTD or not? Interested customers who know how to impact social media and search results want to know...
Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns. We want to assure you that we are fully committed to honoring the LTD (Lifetime Deal). Our team is actively working on developing new features, and we are planning a significant update for the branding in the near future. This update will apply to all LTD holders.
We understand that the wait has been longer than expected, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
René , thank you for the quick response. Do you have a release date?
I truly hope this pending update adequately addresses the issues discussed in this thread. I believe we all want to see this product succeed and grow. We all bought in hopes of satisfaction with the performance and features that were promised. In a perfect world, you'll profit wildly and we'll toast your team for a job well done. I'm looking forward to that very day.
Forget about powered by signaturely, once the end user has signed their documents they are presented with a open free signaturely account etc. Once they close that, there is also another screen that says what signaturely can do for you and so on. Their branding is everywhere and it's annoying for some signers that are not tech oriented. Some users want the easiest experience possible and all those messages take away the simplicity of a signature
I echo the concerns here. The only difference between 1 code and 2 code was the number of users (3 vs unlimited). Custom branding should remain equal too. Please consider this. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing your concerns regarding the custom branding; We apologize if the current updates haven’t addressed your concerns regarding custom branding.
Currently, our team is working on an API Update that will improve the API Workflow; one of the planned features for this update is to add support for White-Labeling so that the API Signature requests won’t have Branded.
The option to have the White-Label requests will be available for The Double-Code LTD Owners on their API Signature Requests.
For Regular Signature Requests, we plan to add these additional options for custom branding:
- Custom Color Themes
- Custom Seals for Documents
- Custom Branding For the App
My very humble to share my comment and inform you that no matter Single-Code or Double-Code should be treated the same direction not discrimination over the number of code there, because the only different between Single-Code or Double-Code here should be just a number of USERS regarding to your details listings long time ago and that made alot of us who are Solopreneur just picked up only Single Code due to the official listing shown in reference image here.
Also frankly speaking, just make it easier make them whitelabel properly for every outgoing signing email... that's it!! not just only the API..... and treat people the same direction as both of Single-Code or Double-Code were Signaturely's Grandfathered Supporters....
I'm quite bummed that white-label will only be available for tier-2 and upward. This wasn't indicated in the AppSumo deal and I assumed, obviously incorrectly, that the only criteria for me would be the number of users. This should have been communicated more clearly. I was expecting to be grandfathered into updates and upgrades with the only limit being the number of users.
Will you offer tier-1 holders an option to upgrade? Or will I have to wait until you return to AppSumo, if ever?
FYI:
#at this time, it won't be possible to remove the Powered by Signaturely, as this is important for signers to get support if they need help Signing their contract. #
The issue with this explanation is that it overlooks the fact that the signer can get support by informing the party who provided the means for the sign in facility in the first place - that being the company using your sign in/out SaaS to begin. They can then reach out to you for the fix if it is such a serious issue.
The signer is NOT the contracted party - it is you and the folks who are using your SaaS for their sign in requirements.
Forgive the skepticism but you also knew this without me having to explain/articulate all this for you to poke the obvious holes in that official reason..
Rene, reconsider this and please remove the 'powered by XXX' feature.
Agreed! This is a ridiculous position for Signaturely to take. As WE purchased their product, WE are entitled to support... NOT the end users who sign documents with it while dealing with OUR business.
We apologize for the delay regarding the advanced Custom Branding. We plan to launch these updates with an API Update that includes White labeling.
Please feel free to share where you are finding our Branding troublesome for your Business by replying to this comment; at this time, it won't be possible to remove the Powered by Signaturely, as this is important for signers to get support if they need help Signing their contract.
After reviewing your feedback, We'll be glad to assign the corresponding resources to modify some of the minor issues you are having.
René, thank you for your quick response. The problem with me sending MY customers YOUR branding elements should be all too evident. I want to have total control over what my customers see on the documents I send to them. Form look and feel should be MY choice. Perhaps you could change any reference to your company to an optional "Form issues? Click here for support." link?
After 1 year still "In Progress", any timeline for whitelabel?
In the mean time, appreciate if can just remove any branding since we paid for it. If need help, client will still contact us (with or without the Powered by branding) and we are still the one contacting your end direct.
I think Rene and the gang totally know this already but are trying to find some plausible explanation that will allow them to continue to have the 'powered by XXX'.
I understand they want recognition for their SaaS solution and perhaps bring the customer to their service and raise their brand profile ..I get that. I really wish Rene bit the bullet and allowed this option for the LTD community.
I am building some SaaS so I know it does NOT take a Year to fix this up (esp where they are already providing this on the higher paid plans they have). They are sitting on this issue and stalled at the given explanation as the best tactical response around this at the moment.
FYI:
#at this time, it won't be possible to remove the Powered by Signaturely, as this is important for signers to get support if they need help Signing their contract. #
Please see the explanation at the top for this.
I think most of us here are intelligent enough to know that ALL white label features (which in the removal of the 'powered by XXX' at the most basic level) are provided in the highest paid for plans of most SaaS where the option exists in a range of plans from basic to enterprise or something of that nature.
We know the value of having an all white labelled solution for our business.
There is VERY little by way of a technical reason as to why this cannot be done unless of course the (real) reason being nothing with the technical ability to do it (anyone can attest to this and infact pop over to appsumo or other LTD deals where the top tier plans offer such total all white label solutions) with the fact that you are only reserving this type of feature for the highest paid for plans of your services like you already provide on your paid plans.
(..you see that ? You are ALREADY providing this total white label solution on your highest plans ...which in itself cuts through and shreds your own tactical explanation ( 'provide support in case of an issue'. ..)).
RE: 'Powered By XXX'
Rene man, reconsider this and please remove the 'powered by XXX' feature.
You know you can implement it technically without any hindrance, (infact already offer this on your highest paid plans), realize no one is THAT stupid to fall for the official explanation.
I know enough at a deeper level about this SaaS tech crap to also know this is possible technically; without already knowing or seeing it on many other LTD offers.
If you want an extra one time fee for the removal of that, then at least offer that option to the LTD community. That is a win-win for both parties, no ?
You or your team have been dragging your feet over this for the best part of a year or something. Surely we/you must have come to the point by now that, OK we will bite the bullet and offer the requested feature for this LTD crew this one time. It is not an every day thing.
René, this is infuriating. Your company has not made any progress on this issue for the better part of 2 years. It has gone on long enough. Please correct it immediately. The AppSumo LTD clearly stated that Custom Branding was already included. Why the resistance if not simply to steal marketing dollars from us in your attempt to reach leads that you are not paying for?
To contend you need to provide any kind of support to people who are not your customers as the excuse for not addressing concerns of those of us who ARE your paying customer is ludicrous, and frankly, insulting.
We paid for this service in good faith. When will this be resolved and YOUR company's branding elements/links/wording be completely removed from all outbound communications sent by the tool? Do the honorable thing here and abide by your agreement as offered through AppSumo that Custom Branding was already included. Fix this.
Imagine an ever-expanding group of dissatisfied, successful marketers who spend lots of their free time letting the public know how disreputable your company and product is. That can't possibly be good for future sales. Isn't it weird how easily things like that get typed into a text field. Oops! Now how did that extra text get in here. I wish someone could just delete the offending characters from the app and make it right. Imagine, then, how lovely the world could be. But, I digress.
@Dev & Mgmt - This item has been waiting for over a year to be completed. Surely you could spend 15 minutes and complete the task for the customers that bought your product in good faith and put money in your pockets. Am I misunderstanding how simple it is to REMOVE YOUR BRANDING ELEMENTS? By the way... this has a higher vote count that ALL other visible bug reports or feature requests. That should be telling you that this is THE MOST IMPORTANT item on your To-Do List.
...because they really want you/me/everyone to really pay for that feature.
Rene and co cannot stomach giving this feature away to the LTD community. This is a bit too much a big ask for the management here.
I hoping this have a change of heart. Is Rene really Voldemort in disguise, this cold hearted, hiding behind all these incredulous explanations or his bosses have him in utter subservience ? Who knows.
What I do know, is that Rene and his bosses thinks I was born yesterday. : -
CName is a def 100% to be able to use it professionally with your own company domain.
I note that your 'Titanium' plan includes 'full white label' so this feature and many other features on this plan should be considered to made available across the signaturely as you will see requests for such features despite it already being available under this plan.
I see this feature is now "IN PROGRESS" - please ensure this includes the ability to remove ALL Signaturely branding, including on emails. This is requested in so many of the comments - otherwise the tool becomes completely useless for corporate use.
Custom Branding is a must-win, must-keep feature to remain competitive. Freelancers and small businesses need as many opportunities to build brand awareness and the Signaturely branding is very prominent like it was a free product. I have not used it due to the lack of brand control.
BUMP! To Signaturely Dev staff and Mgmt: As a customer of yours, I paid for your product to advance my own company's interests. I am not paying to advertise for your company. It is unreasonable and improper to add your own branding to your users' outbound communications to THEIR customers. Please remove ALL default mention of your company's branding from all outbound streams of the product. It would, however, certainly be reasonable to include an OPTIONAL hyperlink for "Powered by Signaturely" to the bottom of the email that WE can choose to enable or not. All branding style choices; colors, fonts, header and footers, logos etc... should be OUR decision as the users of your product to communicate with OUR customers. It's now been more than two months since the last dev update... please provide something current. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Also waiting for this. Actually your Branding is really too strong, having you small logo / link at the footer of the email is ok. But having big logo on top of each documents ... DocuSign has less visibility of their brand than Signaturely ....
They seem to really oppose the idea of removing ads/over the top branding from the signing process for some reason, even though it's one of the top complaints everywhere.
I would really like the ability to include our company logo in the header of the document review page. We've got our logo on the emails, but one extra branding point would be nice to keep everything consistent with our branding.
The repeat branding on emails and confirmation screens is way way over the top. We get the message you want people to signup but when a document looks more like it coming from your company and not my own it's a bit strange for my clients. I know you can add a custom logo but even with it, your branding is overpowering. Please can we have Whitelabel or minimise the branding?
I don't want singaurely logos on the emails, or landing page, or confirmation pages, no signup/promotion of signaturely on the thank you page, and ideally the emails should come via our address/using our smtp when a client has it.
